Parking For RENT

Our monthly site rate is $332.15 and includes:

tax, Wi-Fi, mailbox, water, sewer, trash, and up to $75.00 of the monthly site rate even goes towards your metered electric usage each month too.

A little info about our Park:

Our sites are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semiannual, and Annual to meet all types of different needs of our tenants.

There are discounts for tenants that would like to pay their rent Semiannually or Annually as well.

We have an out in the country feel.

We are located minutes from US 60 to easily access city amenities.

We have many schools, stores, grocery stores, doctors offices, hospitals, laundry, and returants within minutes of our location.

We have lots of recreational options within minutes too such as hiking, boating, fishing, sight seeing, horseback riding, tours, mining, movies, golfing, community pools, and American Legion.

We also have beautiful mountain views.
