Parking For RENT

We are a short drive off of the 67 freeway and Riverford Exit, IN TOWN. It is in a private residential/commercial property. It has 6 ft fence all around, a double gate entrance with 20′ opening. Combo lock changes monthly.

We only have two spaces open that just came available!

We are offering this space to trailers, boats, cars / vehicles, trucks, etc (sorry, no more travel trailers or RV’s)

We ask for no junk, and no mech work on premises, no dumping or live-ins. it is your responsibility to hold insurance on what you’re storing.

Pricing (extra width, different circumstances, etc may cost more):

up to 20′ — $50

21-30′ — $75

31-40′ — $100

41’+ — based on size.

Measurement based on LOA (length overall). Ie, length includes overhang of trailer tongue, etc.

To offer the good security, gate hours are 7am-7pm, seven days. After hours access needs are to be determined as needed.

We offer pre-paid specials and discounts for multiple spaces from same renter.

We accept all forms of payment and also offer automatic payments for your convenience at no add’l charge.
