Parking For RENT

If you are a prepper looking for a good bug out place out of the heavily populated areas you might want to take a look at my place in Arkansas. I will only consider people who understand the current economic risk and dangers, and who agree to work with a community of like preppers to make things better for all. You must have good character, good behavior, and not be a addict of any sort. The more survival or helpful skills you have the better.

Location: South West Arkansas in a very small town. About 8 acres total.

Amenities available on property: ponds, parking pads, storage areas, greenhouses, well water, pond water, or city water if you wish.
Also available, internet, cell phone tower, local ambulance service, rural health clinic with great rates, local police and fire departments.

I don’t want to be isolated in the woods because there are great benefits to a few town services. This town has one bank, one hardware, one grocery, post office, and several garages. Many farmers and livestock growers outside town. I also have a more isolated location in the woods (40 acres) in another town if that interests you.

It is also in the middle of a great recreational area, with many lakes, rivers, and a national forest nearby.

You will be leasing a place to park or store your bug out stuff , minimum of one year with quarterly payments. You can rent acreage also if you wish. Your cost will depend on what you want to rent.

The location is near Glenwood, but not in Glenwood Arkansas. It is not too far from Hot Springs (a resort town) (45 minutes) or Arkadelphia (a college town), (25 minutes) both of which are larger and have more shopping, doctors, services, hospitals, etc.
