We are offering this space to construction / heavy equipment, trailers, boats, cars / vehicles, trucks, etc.

Please no junk, and no mech work on premises, no dumping or live-ins. Insurance is your responsibility.

Pricing (extra width, different circumstances, based on circumstances):

up to 20′ — $50

21-30′ — $75

31-40′ — $100

41’+ — based on size.

Measurement based on length overall including overhangs, etc.

To offer the best security, gate hours are 7am-7pm, seven days. After hours access needs are to be determined as needed.

We offer pre-paid specials, so be sure to ask. We also offer discounts for multiple spaces from same renter
